We review what production requires while preserving the form and character of your design. Engraving recesses, stone settings, chains, findings, connections, surface texture and color are considered alongside production efficiency and target cost. A specialist with 30 years of industry experience reviews materials, structure and finishing to turn the design into a manufacturable piece.

We carry the standards established in sampling through to production. Physical samples let us check structure, comfort, surfaces and assembly, then incorporate revisions into the production conditions. We coordinate CAD and 3D printing, master models and casting, polishing and stone setting, soldering and assembly to maintain the agreed standards in production pieces.

Even color, reflected light and the texture felt by the fingertips shape a piece's first impression. TN Silver reviews surface specifications and finishing processes with changes during wear in mind. We consider both the finish at inspection and the experience of wearing the piece.

We inspect production pieces against the agreed specifications: stone security, chain and clasp connections, soldering, assembly, plating color and surface finish. We confirm quantities, product sets, packing and dispatch requirements, and manage the schedule through delivery.

After delivery, we review the support needed based on the condition of the pieces and their production history. For products made by TN Silver, we assess options including solder repairs, repolishing, replating and recoating. Repeat production is reviewed against the existing structure and approved specifications.
