Collection and use of inquiry information

We collect your name, email address and message to receive inquiries, assess production requirements, reply and let you view your own inquiry history. A phone number is also required if you choose a phone or text reply; company or brand names and attachments are optional. Submitted inquiries, attachments and email delivery records are retained for three years and then deleted. Email addresses and verification records used to access inquiry history are cleared within two days of the last use. You may decline to consent to the collection and use of required information, but this will restrict submitting an inquiry through the website. You can submit an inquiry without providing optional information.

Usage records

To analyze site use and respond to errors and misuse, we process access IP addresses, access times, pages and referral sources, campaign information, device, browser and language information, temporary session information, and usage and error records. Inquiry submission stage records are retained for 30 days, access logs for 90 days, and behavioral events for 180 days. Aggregated information that cannot identify individuals may be retained separately.

Service providers and overseas transfers

Overseas transfers necessary for outsourced processing and storage to operate the site and provide the inquiry and verification services you request are based on Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Information needed when using these features is transmitted in encrypted form. If you do not want your information transferred overseas, you may request suspension of processing using the contact details below; use of the corresponding online features may then be restricted.

Protection and deletion

We protect personal information through measures including access restrictions and encryption. Information is irreversibly deleted when its retention period ends or its processing purpose has been fulfilled. Information that must be retained by law is stored separately for the required period.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage to maintain login sessions and analyze site use. You can delete or block stored information in your browser settings. Blocking it may restrict login or access to inquiry history.

Your rights and contact details

You or your authorized representative may use the contact details below to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law after verifying your identity. Changes to this policy and their effective date will be published on this page.
